Items broken, but told they were not responsible. Starter came loose causing damage to flywheel and other wiring components. Paid over $3000 for a AC system, fought over a month within their facility to resolve issues. I ended up having to contact manufacture with photos. Manufacture and another qualified installer of AC system had to fix all of their installation issues, for an additional $2500. THEY DO NOT WARRANTY ANYTHING THEY SAY. Myself and others I know have noticed when finished, they find something else for an additional cost.
