I want to post a review about this company before anyone makes the same mistake I did. I ordered a center cap for my rim on my Jeep was told it was out of stock but they could get it in two or three weeks after waiting three weeks called back to see if it arrived I was told then it would take Three months. I found the part and called back to have them cancel the order and refund my money, they told me NO REFUNDS you could have a in store credit so what their telling you by that is to come in and spend even more money with them whether you needed or not because there is nothing in their store that costs 65 dollars this is a way to spend more money with them instead of doing the right thing and refund your money. If you are thinking about getting work done by these guys you better think again any Company that does Business like this you don't want to bring your car too if I were you I'd go somewhere else where they won't cheat you.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Had my car repaired where I got thr and opinion for less than 1k. It's been 6 months and not a single problem. A dealership and repair shop run by conmen. Color me surprised (NOT)

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle which is no longer covered by warranty. Forget the HIGH cost of dealerships, and come to Mobile Auto Tech.
