I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. I just had Mr. Radiator fix (replace) my leaking radiator on my 2002 Dodge Caravan. Mike was very professional and explained my options to solve my problem. I explained that the last shop I entered I was told I needed a new radiator before they even looked at it and the price was very high. Mike mentioned a few possible fixes but never quoted a price until after it was inspected. I highly recommend Mike and Mr. Radiator for great service at reasonable pricing.

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know.
