Im honestly surprised that there arent more reviews for this gem! Rodney (the owner) was so kind, professional and helpful. I had gone to Pep Boys who told me I needed $600 dollars in work...after leaving International Auto I only paid $126 (including an oil change!!) Bethesda Sunoco and the whole team, Ian, Don, Mike, Dominic are terrific. My friend had a car that did not pass emissions inspection. She took her car there and Dominic looked at the car and told her exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. She offered to pay him and he declined. I can see why they have such a high Washington Checkbook rating! Hard to find honest mechanics!

Just like other customers Greg took my money and ran. I've paid him over 8k to preform work on my car. He disappeared along with my car. It's a 1970 White Nova. Greg did work on my car in the past and did an good job before but this broke my heart because now I don't have my car that had sentimental value more than money.

I can't say enough good things about J & F Motors. I became a customer in 2011 when the warranty on my 2004 BMW 545i ran out. I felt that I couldn't get good answers from BMW dealerships and every time I went in, I didn't feel comfortable with their answers and what I was paying for. From day one, J & F has exceeded my expectations with their level of customer service, taking the time to explain to me what has gone wrong, what needs to be repaired asap and what can wait. I am a fanatic when it comes to my car and they understand that. They are what an automotive repair shop should strive to model themselves after.

I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.

I have gone here for fuel, state inspections, tire repair, oil changes and have always been satisfied. Gus, the manager is friendly and will happily give you an estimate ahead of time for any work on your car. Eric Mckean
