They ordered wrong part at first then took forever to let me know what was going on then it was a different problem then what was stated at the begining The. When I picked up the car it didn’t want to start . They checked it and put in new battery . But didn’t even bother to clean cables . To me it’s the little things that count and spending $6000 to have a car fixed and that happen I was not happy only positive thing was I got a courtesy car that I needed to go on a business trip

Also was told there was absolutely NO oil on the dipstick, yet, there was plenty in there when I checked it. Just replaced the entire A arm assembly, bearing, and tie rod myself. Equipment had wear, but not so much wear that it was “critical” to get done immediately like I was told. All and all, appreciated the diag, but the price I was quoted far exceeds typical shop prices. I partially feel the price is directly related to tax season and you guys knowing people will pay it, which is a piss poor way to do business.

It is 3/20/24 and I checked my oil dip stick that it shows my oil is low and there is oil dripping from my cover under my car. I noticed that today because my car started to sound funny when I drive it.
