  • They kept my car over a month and when I reached out, they wanted to a... read more They kept my car over a month and when I reached out, they wanted to add more stuff trying to take advantage of me, and yet I had to take it back again couple days later due to the same problem.. I hated it how I was treated, just because I had some concerns and I requested to talk to the owner and they refused to provide me with the number, I finally went got my car, they took my money and did not fix the problem, a day later, my car was not even back on the road and completely shut the engine and I had to tow it to the dealership. I had the worst experience ever in my life, wasted my money for nothing, but they don’t care even though you raise your concerns.., including the manager and all i wanted is to talk to the owner but they cared less.. They made me cry.. but God don’t like ugly….. I wish the owner could have called me but took my money for something that they did not fix but made it worse..

  • I still don't have my car back and there's always an excuse for why it... read more I still don't have my car back and there's always an excuse for why it's going to cost more money and take longer and after spending hundreds on rides you eventually gave me a loaner car that is disgusting and an embarrassing piece of junk. Don't ask for a review when you haven't given the person their car back. It's rude and it's upsetting.

I needed new tires and my battery registered low. In checking prices around town for the same tire recommended New Concept had a lot more fees than other places. Therefore, I chose to go somewhere else. In regard to my battery, my car started, but there was some hesitancy. I decided to go to Advance auto to have it tested and replace it if necessary and found out the positive cable was slightly disconnected which was obvious. Advance auto tightened the cable, tested it and all is good. They even tested my alternator. The loose cable should have been recognized by New Concept. They also forgot to reset my oil button to 100%. I have had good service in the past, but this trip was disappointing.
