Mufflers repair service near Basehor, KS

Brought my car in to have 4 new tires mounted and an alignment done, without permission someone took my air breather box apart for no reason(My air filter is new) and didn't reinstall any of my breather box bolts which have special nuts that can't be replaced. I trust Jeff & Tony but I no longer trust anyone else in the shop.

The folks over at Buddy's are very accommodating and do a great job. They have the fairest prices I've ever come across in the auto repair market. They get the job done right for the best price or know someone in town who can. Trust these guys to do a fair job Machelle W.

My son's car broke down 600 miles from home, and was towed to Butler's. It turned out the damage was extensive and there were many calls back and forth between myself and Tanner. He and his team worked diligently to help us through a difficult situation. They were honest and knowledgeable, and I recommend them highly.

This business is nothing more than a parasitic scam facility. Do not take your vehicle to this repair shop. They falsly advertise as an "authorized repair facility" for major foreign automobiles (BMW, Saab, Mercedes) and they are not. After taking my vehicle to this shop for over two years I became suspicious about the work being performed, the parts being used, and the incredibly high prices I was paying with constant, repeat failures of these expensive parts. I finally contacted my vehicle manufacturer and explained this whole situation to them and they informed me that this business has been "red flagged" as UNAUTHORIZED for any major foreign car repair service. They went on to explain that this shop claims to use genuine parts for whatever vehicle you have but they actually use cheap, aftermarket Chinese parts yet they still charge you for the genuine part you were expecting to get, actually they charge you more!!! After realizing what was going on my vehicle was taken to an authorized facility and they discovered some major damage that had been done during the previous "repairs" and some additional problems that were never brought to my attention because they had been caused by the "mechanics" at this shop in an effort to have me return in need of an additional repair. I've reported them to the BBB and the manufacturer of my vehicle. I've also reported them to the Missouri Highway Patrol who has an investigative unit that focuses on these exact issues since there are crimes involved with tampering with a motor vehicle. Do not make the same mistake we made, stay away from this place. You will pay a ton of money and your repair problems will only get worse.

I was initially referred to Weaver's by a friend knowledgeable in collision repair. After visiting several shops, we settled on Weaver's. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work as well as the exceptional customer service. Over the last 6 years we have used Weaver's 3 times. I go to Midas in Shawnee, KS. for all my vehicle needs. Jason and his team are very knowledgeable, give great customer service and the prices are pretty great too. If there is anything they can not fix, they will recommend someone that is just as trustworthy and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Midas for all my vehicle needs until I am no longer able to drive because of old age. I have brought 2 different vehicles to them and they have saved me a bunch of money by being honest and giving me their opinion. Robin is also super nice too when she is at that location. My last vehicle which was a 98 Grand Prix GT was in such bad shape (And I had just purchased the car) that I wasn't even charged a diagnostic fee, or any other fee because the employee told me they felt bad for me because the car should have been totaled out since it had frame damage, among other things. I had my Grand Prix towed there a 2 months later and a guy came out to check my engine and informed me that it had locked up. No charge from Midas. I love the great customer service, prices, the honesty and the other customers are pretty friendly too. 5 stars out of 5 from this customer!!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and some diagnostics were performed. I needed new tires and my battery registered low. In checking prices around town for the same tire recommended New Concept had a lot more fees than other places. Therefore, I chose to go somewhere else. In regard to my battery, my car started, but there was some hesitancy. I decided to go to Advance auto to have it tested and replace it if necessary and found out the positive cable was slightly disconnected which was obvious. Advance auto tightened the cable, tested it and all is good. They even tested my alternator. The loose cable should have been recognized by New Concept. They also forgot to reset my oil button to 100%. I have had good service in the past, but this trip was disappointing.
