Yesterday my college daughter was at Quick Trip to get gas and her car steering locked up. I drove over and tried to help, but i was unsuccessful. I looked up mechanics in the area on my phone and saw that Harris was the closest. I called and Randall was awesome! He tried to help us over the phone, but no results. So he said let me just come down there and see what I can do.. I need a coke anyway:) He came over and tried his best, but nothing. He gave us the name of a tow service that came right over and tried there best to get her car going. We ended up towing it and Randall has gone over and above customer service, friendly, very knowledgeable and most of all trust worthy.
