Tow driver diagnosed thermostat & maybe stat housing. I called 8am Fri to introduce self. No call still by 1p so I called Kings. Told "your car's next. I'll call you w/est." 4pm no call from Kings. I called Kings. Told 'your car's next. I'll call you in 10 mins" No call. I called Kings 5pm 'Oh, sorry; that's my fault; I was in a meeting". I asked when car worked on?.Told "I'll call you Monday". Car sat all day Fri w/no diagnostic, call or repair. Mon AM received call "timing belt $980+ repair". I had car towed ($100)to my regular guy. Thermostat, coolant, rubber seal $100 total NOT $1K!
