Horrible Communication, 100% dishonest, unknowledge on ABS, scammers!! Took vehicle there for ABS issue, was told it was a bad ABS Module, and were unable to test ABS Codes for my vehicle. Claimed to diagnose the problem, but NEVER once took off any tires due to NO fingerprints in the caked on Brake Dust!! Contacted Better Business Bureau, now Gardner Auto Body is all of a sudden claiming it pulled 4 Codes, when they tested, remembered stated couldnt test for my vehicle! Had vehicle for 6 days! Charged me $204.42, NO PARTS, NO LABOR!! Told me price for used ABS Module w/o labor was $640 and new w/o labor was $991. Now claiming in response that it was $500 w/ labor included for used!!! ALL FALSE CLAIMS. I personally took my vehicle after 6 days, no work had been done! Lance Crist was extremely rude, and had also ordered wrong-non fitting part, so was going to take additional 5 days to get vehicle back on top of the 6 days, hence why I went to pick it up! But good thing I did I took vehicle to Tires Plus at 74th & Metcalf, the ABS Module was in good working order all along, and the code was CO223 - Right Front Hub Assembly. Lance claimed this tested fine. Tires PLus, had my vehicle completely done from beginning to end in less then 2.5hrs, compared to Lances 6 days! Gardner Auto Body, diagnosed 100% WRONG, was starting with most expensive part, and even put on receipt "will then proceed!" after he had replacied the supposed bad ABS Module!! Lance Crist, is the Owner, never returned any of my calls or gave thorough Follow-ups! Talked to me as if I was ignorant throughout the entire ordeal. Tires Plus fixed my ABS Issue and did a full Vehicle Inspection, the ABS Light has NEVER came on even once!! Lance, was NOT man enough to be honest and claim he knows NOTHING about ABS, from the beginning, so I didnt waste my time with him and his false claims and spend my time actually taking it to an honest knowledgeable Mechanic, like Tires Plus! Lets see, 6 days, completely wron

My son's car broke down 600 miles from home, and was towed to Butler's. It turned out the damage was extensive and there were many calls back and forth between myself and Tanner. He and his team worked diligently to help us through a difficult situation. They were honest and knowledgeable, and I recommend them highly.

Amazing! We were stranded in KS with a blown engine. He was very detailed in assessment and advocated in our best interest. He knows VWs and wish he were in CO so he could be our full time mechanic. PS Not sure about the reviewers on friendliness. Dave is wonderful...maybe it's the customer?

Friendly, reasonable, busy, but not overbooked. No high pressure, I saw them treating other customers well. MUCH better choice than the 'chain' stores, which have no waiting as no one wants to go there.
