He was very detailed in assessment and advocated in our best interest. He knows VWs and wish he were in CO so he could be our full time mechanic. PS Not sure about the reviewers on friendliness. I had this company Raytown Transmission, replace the transmission in m... read more I had this company Raytown Transmission, replace the transmission in my 2006 Mercury Mariner in Late Dec of 2012. Now 5 months later it does not seem to be functioning right. I called Benny and explained and he asked that i bring it in so they can take a look. Benny was very courteous on our phone call. I will be sure and update my review after they look into this for me. Fingers crossed.
