towing
Tremendously rude office staff. I was stuck blocking traffic when I called. The man who answered the phone was very rude from the get go and very unhelpful. He acted like he was just having a horrible day and that I was just making it worse by adding more work to his busy schedule. I was having trouble hearing him for all of the activities going on in traffic. As far as I know the signal was fine. He hung up on me after I said i couldn't understand him, But not before saying sarcastically "well, i'm sorry you're having such a bad day" click! no kidding..he actually said that. I had to have my boyfriend call back and try to get them to come pick up my car because our phones were going dead and we didn't know another towing place to call. I was afraid if i called back he would recognize my voice and just hang up on me. I was distraught when i called, but i was not rude to him. I was nervous being in a busy intersection with a car that would not move. I was about to cry. From the moment he answered the phone to the second he hung up on me he was short, rude and unconcerned for the business i had for their company. He may have been having a bad day and I feel those days, but he shouldn't take that out on the people who call who are already having to deal with a broken down car and their outrageous prices. However, the nice guy who was driving the tow truck put my wheel back in place for me because the axle was crushing the brake line. He was super nice and seemed to know what he was doing. I appreciated that very much considering the fact that my car wouldn't even roll out of the way. If you don't want the extra stress of having to deal with rudeness on the phone call someone else.

car towed
Driver arrived without proper equipment. Damaged my vehicle trying to drag it on to the roll back. Nick @ Tony's was rude and argumentative. Very unprofessional. Will file complaint with BBB> DO NOT USE!

Towing
Very good service. Our truck broke down with my family and tow truck driver arrived and got my family into the tow truck and had room for all of us and got us off the interstate. What a relief.

The Worst Ever
Omg! Pure trash! I called and spoke with a woman who told me I'd have to pay 150$ to get my car after it was brought back there wrecked. I even told her the day I was coming. When I got there I was greeted by the rudest man I've met in over a decade if not ever. I was then handed a bill that I couldn't even pay at the time for 275$. We then argued for 5 seconds which was 5 too long. He then told me I could not get anything out of my car and to leave the property. Came back 2 days later hoping to see the woman I spoke to with enough money to cover whatever other bs they were gonna add. So. 100$ for a five mile tow, 25$ to tape my window, 25$ office/admin fee, and 150$ for 6 days storage. We were still treated terrible after paying by the whole group and when I got to my car the door was open. Thank god I was able to sneak my belongings out the day of the wreck after reading other reviews. Long story short! I'm really going to try to put a stop to this companies crooked, very illegal business. Do not use this service. No one deserves what these guys dish out.
