I have been knowing of and using Diagnostic Auto Repair since the 1980s. Rikey and Paul have been and remain in business in Laplace for a simple reason. These guys know what they are doing and are the best I have found who explain the service or repairs you need and why and do the job right. Being a retired mechanic and auto collector and enthusiast all my life, I know. It is extremely hard for me to let anyone touch my vehicles as I used to do most of my own repairs and for my friends and family until I became disabled in 2006. But I would bring the jobs too big for me to handle to Diagnostic with confidence. Well since I have no choice now, I trust only one auto shop in the area. D.A.Repair as they are the most professional, first class repair shop in the Laplace area. They been doing it a long time and continue to offer very quick and quality repairs. "We only do new parts..." - Manager D Overcharged for a Reman part, was told it was "New". Called them up and 2 days later I got back the difference in price, never was told a reason as to why it happened in the first place. 2 weeks later, Alternator fails again. Went back, was told it was wires. But they couldn't help me cause their mechanic leaves AN HOUR EARLY. Got a second opinion at a local mechanic, ran multiple tests for free. Determined it was the alternator again. Went back to Midas, they still wanted to poke around my car and run "tests". Told them i wanted a full refund, was able to get the cost of labor back. Now I'm getting a better alternator and doing it myself. This shop is a joke, should have never gone there. Left me on the side of the road twice. Not up front, stick to local shops folks. I learned the hard way.

Replaced my transmission fluid in my truck. Went through the trouble of looking up information on the internet and even making a call to Toyota to make sure everything was done correctly. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Need to know what would be a price to put in a clutch kit for 2008 Kia Sportage LX 4 cylinder front drive. I already have the part.
