Collision
Its truly sad when you think you're in good hands, I only blame Lorraine in collision, for lying to us and trying to pass a car inspection, when she knew it was not completed. I brought my car their because, it was highly recommended. Its been 5 months and the car is returning because Lorraine said it was fixed. If its not corrected I will take further action! I wouldn't recommend collision for anything, and she was well aware of this problem. I'm in shock that they have her in charge. i will continue to write reviews until this matter is corrected.

supposedly fixed my crankshaft position sensor
I had my truck towed there Thursday moring and Friday morning I got a call saying my truck was ready and all I had to pay was $170 for labor. So picked it up and didn't make it half way home before it died again. So had it towed back to them and its Saturday now and still without a vehicle and paid money for nothing because obviously they didn't fix anything. They don't call with any updates and trying to talk to the service department is next to impossible. If I didn't live so far I'd have taken it to Bryan Chevrolet in metairie they are way better and they answer all of your questions.
