I got a new excuse every time I went back. I Won't be back , should have known when the place was empty. that the they wouldn't do a good job.

Charles, Alexandria. i'm on the road ALOT. i picked up a nail and my rear tire was losing air fast. i went to Firestone because i thought they took my company fleet credit card, turns out they didn't. the owner said don't worry about it and patched my tire on the spot. he said i'm not going to leave you stranded....who else would have done that !! i'll be going to them when my personal car needs tires, for sure. didn't get the mans name, i thank you so much....again Dave, w/Kroger maintenance
