Since Fords are notorious for their spark plugs breaking when trying to remove them in the 4.6L and 5.4L engines, I brought my 2006 Explorer V8 over to GTA. Oil change and lube went as always. I was unaware that the inspection process was no longer part of the garage, but rather the dealership. The guy running that needs to learn how to relate a bit better to customers.

I had my car towed to this shop from another because I heard how honest George Jr. is. I'm so glad I did. I got an estimate of $954.00 for a whole bunch of work that my 2004 honda civic needed from thwe other shop. George went through the estimate and double checked what the other shop said and It wasn't true at all. George fixed what I needed and now my car runs like new. My bill was only $255.81. What a deal. I cant say enough about them. Thank you guys.

t is with pleasure that I write this review on behalf of my myself and husband. We have been using Factory Auto Service for a few years now and have no complaints. We are pleased with the service that we receive. We have an Acura and Civic and this company have done a great job with the repairs and maintenance. Some issues that we've had in the past weren't sufficiently assessed and repaired properly by other service providers. However, now that this company is our premier auto mechanic provider, those issues are now of the past. The owner is very polished and knowledgeable about automobiles. He takes the time to educate his clients which we appreciate very much. When our car is being serviced by the company, we are confident that they will be able to address the issue with precision and ensure that safety is a priority! They always successfully diagnose and complete the repairs and within a reasonable timeframe. We are always pleased with their services, which prompts us to be return customers. Interaction with them is easy as we are presented with options which makes it convenient for us as consumers. The owner makes us feel included, making our interactions very productive since he ensures that we have the final say in the decision. At the end of each service visit, the owner takes the time to orally provide a concrete report about all that took place and possibly any additional findings outside of the original scope of work that may require future attention. However, if while working on the vehicles, and they come across something that requires immediate attention and safety is a factor, the owner will personally contact us to review those findings with us. Thanks Guys! My Subaru had been given a diagnosis of "about to die" by a Boston local dealership. My friends had been telling me about Jimmy and his staff for years so I brought it over and gave him the estimate and list of repairs from the dealer. Sadly for my car he corroborated that most of what they said was true. What Jimmy did tell me though was that it wasn't all going to happen that day or the next. I decided to have the brakes fixed and then the oil pan. My Dad was a mechanic. I could tell that Jimmy was telling me the truth. He runs his place just like my Dad did. I highly reccommend Fellsway Auto.

good busines ,very frendly customer service ,, after having my car repair 3 times by other shops , never got my car fixed , after spend 2.000 dolares in 3 other shops never got my problem fixed ,, brougth my car in to lee myles to have my car diagnost by lee myles , the manager only had the car for one hour , got a call from lee myles , with good news , after the car was road test by the manager , and having car on lift , ,, manager found the problem , , found that had bad stabalizer bar links worn and one backing plate , repair omly cost me 287.00 dollares,, for the same problem wich cost me 2.000 between 3 shops , I WILL RECOMEND ANY BODY BEFORE GOING TO ANY OTHER SHOP TO HAVE LEE MYLES , DIAGNOST YOU PROBLEM,,, VERY HONEST , AND THEIR TREAT CUSTEMOR JUST LIKE THEIR KNOW YOU FOR YEARS THEIR DESERVE 8 STAR IF WAS AVALIABLE GOOD EXPERIENCE ,,,,,
