t is with pleasure that I write this review on behalf of my myself and husband. We have been using Factory Auto Service for a few years now and have no complaints. We are pleased with the service that we receive. We have an Acura and Civic and this company have done a great job with the repairs and maintenance. Some issues that we've had in the past weren't sufficiently assessed and repaired properly by other service providers. However, now that this company is our premier auto mechanic provider, those issues are now of the past. The owner is very polished and knowledgeable about automobiles. He takes the time to educate his clients which we appreciate very much. When our car is being serviced by the company, we are confident that they will be able to address the issue with precision and ensure that safety is a priority! They always successfully diagnose and complete the repairs and within a reasonable timeframe. We are always pleased with their services, which prompts us to be return customers. Interaction with them is easy as we are presented with options which makes it convenient for us as consumers. The owner makes us feel included, making our interactions very productive since he ensures that we have the final say in the decision. At the end of each service visit, the owner takes the time to orally provide a concrete report about all that took place and possibly any additional findings outside of the original scope of work that may require future attention. However, if while working on the vehicles, and they come across something that requires immediate attention and safety is a factor, the owner will personally contact us to review those findings with us. I just had the clutch repaired on my 1974 MG Midget at Ron's transmission. He took the time to figure out the exact problem, ordered the correct parts and fixed the issue without a full clutch rebuild/replace. I was thrilled with his expert analysis of the situation to repair my car without pulling the engine, which would have been an expensive procedure. Ron and Paula provided quality service at a reasonable price, and I would certainly return.

AMAZING! My car broke down in Franklin, I live in Watertown...had it towed to Mark's thanks to AAA. I had no clue where to take my car as it was late and everything was closed ( good thing for google looking for local places ). He owns the place and worked on my car, he did not over charge on labor and he did not lie about the cost of parts to make money ( I have had this problem with places in Watertown, Midas, Firestone and the list goes on..although Perfection in Watertown is decent). After he fixed my car he took it for a drive and it was rainy so he replaced my awful wipers free of charge. He inspected all of my brakes free of charge ( my problem was right front brakes ). My car was fixed in no time and he offered to pick me up from the train station as I was not sure how I was going to get back to Franklin, but I ended up getting a ride. His place was very nice, he was very nice..you could tell he loves what he does. It was overall a wonderful experience. He was very honest and I will be making the drive to Franklin for all my car needs..yes, it was that good! Finally, honesty!! Thanks Mark, you saved the day and did not kill my wallet!

I have a 1967 NADA 109 Land Rover. I brought it into J. Whites Automotive to have general service done along with a brake job. They did an outstanding job on my Land Rover,. The service was so top notch that I got to tell you about it. In the past few years she has been showing her age in the way she been running. I use to have her picked up once a year on a flat bed and she was trucked up to VT for maintenance. I was going to put her up for sale after 20 plus years. Here is what happened: J Whites went through entire vehicle. The 109 now runs like it did in 1967! It never skips a beat; the steering is awesome with no play in the wheel. You can take your hand off the wheel and it now stops on a dime straight even time. J. White has got this rover running so good that I am keeping it and when I take it out I leave my AAA card at home. I highly recommend J Whites Automotive.

My transmission kept running slow in low gear...air bag light was on and it was determined that it was the clock spring in the steering column. Mr Warzycha was professional and friendly. He gave me the finished estimate with no hidden costs. He also showed me the defective parts. I will continue to use him as my mechanic.

I came into this autobody shop because I had always had excellent service. I needed my back light changed and they found that my battery was leaking acid and needed to be changed immediately. I was driving to New Jersey the next day, so I was very grateful that they found this problem and fixed it. Today I was driving home in the snow and my tire light went on. I drove back to them and they checked my tires and put air in them for no charge. I have always received wonderful service from this business and I would highly recommend them.

Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I never felt like I was being taken advantage and they stayed within their quote even though labor was 5+ hours more than the estimate . If you need work done just call them!! Any work Auto repair too!

Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.

Wilder Brothers Tire is the most honest and reliable car shop that I have ever encountered. I have been there three times in the last year with mine and the wife's car having been quoted prices of $300-$6000 by Lexus and another repair shop. In each case Wilders inspected the cars and either fixed the minor problems for $100 or free, but most importantly, their honesty saved us from being ripped off by others.

Just purchased a used car on 5/6/19 from Bob Celati dealer/owner/mechanic of Central Automotive.Under the terms of Bob's Purchase Agreement the vehicle is covered by "30 day Express Warranty" provided by dealer and "Implied Warranty of Merchantability and fitness" provided by the state to protect buyers of used vehicles from defects that impair the safety and use of a vehicle.During the warranty period I was having a problem with my power steering a problem that would be considered a defect that impairs the safety of a vehicle. Under The Massachusetts used car Warranty Law that was displayed in the vehicle at the time of purchase the dealer is required by law to fix the problem or issue a refund. Bob acknowledged that there was a problem with the steering. He tried to diagnos and fix the problem but was unable to.So he offered a refund/ buy-back I accepted. Bob said he would only honor the buy-back under one condition that I agreed to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" I have since tried to contact Bob in an attempt to resolve problem.He refuses to respond. I've tried by phone and mail. Now my only recourse is to contact the Attorney Generals Office Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation under The used car Warranty Law a consumer can request a state certified arbitrator to decide the case.

NEVER AGAIN. Manipulated, lied to, and guilt tripped into giving up my first car - a rare vintage Japanese sedan I had wanted to own since I was a little kid in elementary school +15 years ago. They let it sit for almost 2 months before putting it on a lift and giving me the runaround - blatant excuses saying it was unroadworthy and too far gone due to rot on a frame rail and a strut tower (could have been fixed by someone proficient in fabricating and welding) Claimed that for some of the work that COULD be done they'd have to use parts (subframe, axles & suspension related stuff) off the next gen of model on it which is impossible and should have keyed me in on their cluelessness and BS. To add insult to injury they lied a second time upon calling a relative of mine after I published a negative Google review detailing my experience there and intimidated me into deleting my review (very unprofessional and mafia-like behavior) - the gist of what I said in the review was it made no sense to have "restoration" in their services if they couldn't fix unibody rot and didn't have a fabricator working for them. Somehow (at least according to my relative) they interpreted this as me blaming them for the rust on the car - absolutely preposterous. If you are young and own a vintage car stay far far far away - these people only cater to people who drive appliances on wheels. If you're a boomer with a 73-77 Monte Carlo though they'll treat you like royalty and put pics of it on their FB page. Once again, stay far far far away - don't go through the same amount of mental stress and anguish as I have.
