I had an awesome experience with Charly, who owns the place. I am mildly up on cars (and people), enough to know when I'm getting ripped off. I think. Charly was awesome. When I showed up to First Foreign, Charly made sure he dropped what he was doing to come deal with me personally. He spent a few minutes going over the car with me, and made sure he understood everything I was having trouble with before he let me go. The next day, he called with a list of fix-it opportunities, and we made a plan on what we were going to work on. He did an awesome job of being consultative, rather than selling--he gave it to me straight, and I was the boss of what we actually worked on. He then made sure to give me price estimates on everything, spelling out parts & labor costs. He made sure I knew about all my options (like with tires, I could pick between the more expensive factory tires and a less expensive after-market brand. We talked about my driving pattern, and he suggested I go for the less expensive option). He gave me a day estimate and stuck to it. The price was awesomely reasonable for all the work that was done (he even took care of a few quirks for free). I picked up the car during the weekend, and Charly made sure to talk to me on Monday about what was done, what he thinks is left to do, and what to do going forward into the future (how/where to sell this car and get a different one, when it's time to move on). He did an awesome job building a relationship with me--I'll be a customer as long as I'm within driving distance. By the way--the car drives like butter. I never thought it would drive so well.

A+ service, and i'll be staying her for all my wheel/suspension work. I ordered a set of winter tires from Tire Rack and Fahey came highly recommended on their site as well as here. I hit the shop with my winter rims to get them installed today and they found two cracks in two rims. I had been having trouble with one last year but thought it was the old tire. Fahey is sending the rims out and expects to get me back in next week. No charge for the hour of their time it took to help me out.

I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. We are pleased with the service that we receive. We have an Acura and Civic and this company have done a great job with the repairs and maintenance. Some issues that we've had in the past weren't sufficiently assessed and repaired properly by other service providers. However, now that this company is our premier auto mechanic provider, those issues are now of the past. The owner is very polished and knowledgeable about automobiles. He takes the time to educate his clients which we appreciate very much. When our car is being serviced by the company, we are confident that they will be able to address the issue with precision and ensure that safety is a priority! They always successfully diagnose and complete the repairs and within a reasonable timeframe. We are always pleased with their services, which prompts us to be return customers. I had my car towed to this shop from another because I heard how honest George Jr. is. I'm so glad I did. I got an estimate of $954.00 for a whole bunch of work that my 2004 honda civic needed from thwe other shop. George went through the estimate and double checked what the other shop said and It wasn't true at all. George fixed what I needed and now my car runs like new. My bill was only $255.81. What a deal. I cant say enough about them. Thank you guys.

PDM is great. They never try to sell me anything, they just tell me what's wrong, and fix it fast, and they always stay around the estimate. The staff is friendly and the costs are low. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here.
