I started going to Kevin's years ago on the recommendation of my former repair guy, who retired. All I asked for was a good mechanic who was fair and trustworthy (a lot to ask for these days, eh?) I took my car here for an oil change yesterday and the service was great! When we were driving back home a little whole later our "check gages" light came on and our oil pressure gage was down completely. We called the store back and the owner came to my house and checked the car which was fine (just a wire). Such great service is rare in a mechanic shop and was such a great surprise!

They took my deposit for an automobile and then continued to try and sell it while holding the deposit, obviously under false pretenses, a clear violation of MGL Chap. 93 (A) Then they refuse to give my deposit back saying I forfeited it even though they still offered it for sale while holding the deposit. Definitely a violation of consumer protection laws in Massachusetts.
