Harley-davidson service near Dorchester, MA

Stay away from this place. I made an appointment 3 weeks prior to bringing my bike in. Needed new tires to go to Laconia on the 20th of June. Was told by them that the bike would be ready. They had the bike a week longer and did not complete the work I had asked to have performed. Asked for all of the fluids to be changed, change the air filter, and replace the tires. They did the oil change and changed the tires. That's it. They stole the chrome caps out of my foot pegs. They are liars. I paid 680.00 for 2 tires and an oil change and to have the caps stolen that only cost 5 bucks. I'm 60 and have had a lot of service over the years. Nothing has been as bad as my experience with these people.

I spent over 5 1/2 hours there. spent so much time haggling. then i go tot finance officer only to be thrown for a beaten on fees. I do not complain about the 990.00 in taxes, but almost 3k in fees. I have made two payments and still do not have a bike. I bought the bike on 27 Dec 2015. The dealership tells me they had trouble with transferring registration. really. they had plate and registration for a month before they called and told me there imaginary problem. still on 11 Feb 2016 no sticker for my plate and no bike. they are sitting on the bike and called me to ask if i had received the 2016 plate sticker. really, if i had it do you not think I would have brought it to them or mailed it.

found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality.
