For over 20 years, I have had all of my vehicles maintained and repaired by B&D, (plus extras like remote starters and sound equipment installed). The prices for parts and labor are transparent and reasonable, quotes for work are on target, my car functions beautifully, and I have consistently felt extremely well treated by everyone in this shop. I refer anyone I care about to B&D Automotive as a trustworthy, skilled resource.

For the past few years now, I have trusted "Narragansett Auto Repair" with my car (and my wallet)! The two people to talk with there are Dan and Donna. Dan is the owner and I've enjoyed watching him as both the "boss" and a mechanic and on that rare occasion when he and his employees are stumped with a diagnosis, he is humble enough to turn elsewhere for input. They are all the kind of persons that I want to give me an estimate, to work on my car and to be trusted to tell me when something needs maintenance or just needs to be fixed. Rick over there at JnS is the MAN! I purchased my car from carmax and when I called to get warranty work done they referred me to J N S(glad they did). Brought my car down there with a ton of issues. Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car. Thank you Rick. P.s if you have carmax extended warranty just skip the middle man and call rick they'll charge the same deductible, give you a better warranty that carmax does on their work 3year/36k! Jose C. It's so hard to find an honest repair shop, but that's what you get at Elite. No nonsense, honest assessment of your car's problem, with no upselling or exaggerating. Just the facts, with quality service and parts, at less than dealership prices. They do specialize in Toyota/Lexus, but I've brought my Hondas there for years and have been very pleased. I've found a place I can trust, and that's where I'll bring all my family's vehicles.

Magno auto repair was the WORST place I could EVER have taken my car to. They told me I had so many different things wrong with my vehicle, i had to get a new water pump, 4 sensors, timing belt, etc, in order to get my cadillac cts running in perfect condition. Well, not even a month later my car broke down and now its at a shop where the mechanic has informed me that the service done on my car by Magno's was the cause of my engine almost blowing. Magno's people left wires disconnected, sensors that were switched, they were all in wrong places, they put my engine back together but left screws out and that caused oil to leak all over the engine and brand new parts I had just spent 600$ on. There was also oil leaking from behind the pulleys, which were aparently too small. All that amongs other things, he destroyed my vehicle. After paying so much for a job, I really expected him to do it right, but I am very dissapointed and angry with this experience. My car is currently at another shop, where my vehicle's engine was put completely apart and numerous parts are being changed due to damage caused by him. And Magno will not do anything about it. Also, the receipt he gave my only says "work done for x amount of money" so there isn't much I could do legally. The most dishonest and iresponsible bussiness I've ever came across!

Just had some rot work fixed on my 2001 Ford F150. I had been given a better (complete) quote from Maaco in West Springfield but elected to pay more for less at a local body shop, Entwistles. When they did their "free" safety check, they discovered another $800 dollars of mechanical work that should be done. My mistake again was to have them do it. After $4500, I don't have much to show, but empty pockets. My advice, don't be charmed by the owner, walk out and get a second opinion. Forgot to mention, they didn't even clean up the body work dust in the interior, or was the dirt off the exterior of the truck. Don't think I'll go back there again. My expensive mistake.

I dropped my truck off to have a boched job that another place did, he had me straightened out in short order and the bill was reasonable. Definitley use them again!
