I"ve never been to AAMCO for auto service,I've gone to other shops I thought I knew fairly well> I had transmision issues with both my vehicles within a month< along with other vehicle problems.The other shops had different diagnosis for the problems. After much time in the shops ,and substantial cash outlays, the problems persisted to some extent in both vehicles. I went to AAMCO,I had my transmission problems pinpointed very promptly, I discussed other suspension issues,engine isues, that I was having with both vehicles,I told the tech I was very discouraged with the other shops, I wasn't sure of my next move.THe tech told me that he would get to the root of the problems,HE SURE DID! My transmisions were fixed ASAP,and the problems that were so elusive to others,were handily identified and resolved.AAMCO went above and beyond any expectations I had.These guys are the best.They deserve all the credit in the world. I would very highly recommend AAMCO for any and all repairs to your vehicle

I wanted to thank the mechanics of Safeway on Atwood avenue in Cranston for their excellent service on my vehicle. My wife and I went in this morning for an oil change and inspection. They went above and beyond with outstanding customer service. They Informed me of preventative maintenance and that my tire pressure was not correct and even corrected the issue. The price was fair and service was excellent. They put plastic in the car and even vacuumed it! I go to Safeway with my company vehicle and my personal vehicle for all repairs/maintenance. I highly recommend Safeway to anyone who cares about their vehicle and want to know that their vehicle will be properly serviced by quality mechanics!

I was planning to go on a business trip to NY and had a couple of issues with my 10 year old (but reliable) car. My sister suggested American Brake in Stoughton, where she takes her car. Tony and staff was not only friendly and extremely professional but great and fast service. For the past few years now, I have trusted "Narragansett Auto Repair" with my car (and my wallet)! The two people to talk with there are Dan and Donna. Dan is the owner and I've enjoyed watching him as both the "boss" and a mechanic and on that rare occasion when he and his employees are stumped with a diagnosis, he is humble enough to turn elsewhere for input. They are all the kind of persons that I want to give me an estimate, to work on my car and to be trusted to tell me when something needs maintenance or just needs to be fixed.
