The front desk receptionist is very unwelcoming! Shawn was great. I would like to know why I was charged extra after getting alignment. The reason giving was “we have to pay bills and keep the lights on”. I was also given two different quotes when inquiring about rear camber arm change.

I’m always in and out quickly and have had no issues with service. Also, pricing is very reasonable!

For over 20 years, I have had all of my vehicles maintained and repaired by B&D, (plus extras like remote starters and sound equipment installed). I"ve never been to AAMCO for auto service,I've gone to other shops I thought I knew fairly well> I had transmision issues with both my vehicles within a month< along with other vehicle problems.The other shops had different diagnosis for the problems. After much time in the shops ,and substantial cash outlays, the problems persisted to some extent in both vehicles. I went to AAMCO,I had my transmission problems pinpointed very promptly, I discussed other suspension issues,engine isues, that I was having with both vehicles,I told the tech I was very discouraged with the other shops, I wasn't sure of my next move.THe tech told me that he would get to the root of the problems,HE SURE DID! My transmisions were fixed ASAP,and the problems that were so elusive to others,were handily identified and resolved.AAMCO went above and beyond any expectations I had.These guys are the best.They deserve all the credit in the world. I took my car here for an oil change yesterday and the service was great! When we were driving back home a little whole later our "check gages" light came on and our oil pressure gage was down completely. We called the store back and the owner came to my house and checked the car which was fine (just a wire). Such great service is rare in a mechanic shop and was such a great surprise!
