I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. When my car is in need of service again I'll certainly be back!

I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. If you have an aging foreign car, these guys are the ones to go to. I am tired of paying dealership prices for my BMW and found reasonable prices at Unique Auto Care. Something was wrong with my parking brake, it was stuck and worn. The BMW dealership wanted 800, Unique did it for 550. A huge savings. Talk with Mike, the owner, he is a good guy, who tells you the truth about what you need and what you can wait on.

mark is really good about letting you know what you need now vs. what can wait. his turnaround is also really quick.

My husband brought a van there to get repainted over 3 weeks ago and we were told the job would take about 4 weeks. Over the 3 weeks not much was getting done so my husband offered to help them at night, which I thought was crazy since we are paying them. He helped out two nights and then he thought that they were actually going to really start working on it so he stopped going. Yesterday he went by to see how it was going and the owner (the son) freaked out on him, insulted him personally and called the van a "rust bucket". My husband was questioning why not much had been done yet. He told him to get the van out because he didn't want the job any more after having it for 3 weeks so my husband had no choice and wanted to avoid a fight since the guy seemed unstable. He took it to two other autobody places today and they all said that Best Autobody ruined the van and it would cost almost $10000 to fix it properly so that it doesn't rust through the new paint job!!!!! It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. The next day they gave us their assessment ... and it would cost over $4000.00 just to get it running so they could figure out what else might be wrong. On a previous trip were introduced to Custom Car Care, by our son who lives in New Hampshire, and had received excellent care. We decided to have the truck towed there. I cannot say enough to fully convey the scope of professional, knowledgeable and excellent care we received. While the problem was NOT what Ford said Custom Car Care would have done that repair for half the cost we'd been quoted. They worked tirelessly to find the unusual and tricky problem, even late into the night to get us back on the road! We are so grateful for Joe and his team, would highly recommend CCC to anyone in need and have nothing but positive reviews about every aspect of our experience.
