For over 20 years, I have had all of my vehicles maintained and repaired by B&D, (plus extras like remote starters and sound equipment installed). The prices for parts and labor are transparent and reasonable, quotes for work are on target, my car functions beautifully, and I have consistently felt extremely well treated by everyone in this shop. I had an awesome experience with Charly, who owns the place. I am mildly up on cars (and people), enough to know when I'm getting ripped off. I think. Charly was awesome. When I showed up to First Foreign, Charly made sure he dropped what he was doing to come deal with me personally. He spent a few minutes going over the car with me, and made sure he understood everything I was having trouble with before he let me go. The next day, he called with a list of fix-it opportunities, and we made a plan on what we were going to work on. He did an awesome job of being consultative, rather than selling--he gave it to me straight, and I was the boss of what we actually worked on. He then made sure to give me price estimates on everything, spelling out parts & labor costs. He made sure I knew about all my options (like with tires, I could pick between the more expensive factory tires and a less expensive after-market brand. We talked about my driving pattern, and he suggested I go for the less expensive option). He gave me a day estimate and stuck to it. The price was awesomely reasonable for all the work that was done (he even took care of a few quirks for free). I picked up the car during the weekend, and Charly made sure to talk to me on Monday about what was done, what he thinks is left to do, and what to do going forward into the future (how/where to sell this car and get a different one, when it's time to move on). He did an awesome job building a relationship with me--I'll be a customer as long as I'm within driving distance. By the way--the car drives like butter. I never thought it would drive so well.

My keys and phone were locked in the car so I couldn’t call AAA. I was at Star market on Mt. auburn street, walking distance from Vahe’s garage. They were very busy, but he sent his assistant to help me. After 15 minutes, we couldn’t get the door unlocked. Then Vahe came out himself and spent more time until he got the door open. He was so kind, and competent, then he wouldn’t let me pay.

I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.

I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi

I was told about this place from a coworker who raved at his honesty and technical knowledge. Also our vehicle maintainece guy also said he was good. I dropped my truck off to have a boched job that another place did, he had me straightened out in short order and the bill was reasonable. Definitley use them again!
