I've been to J-perks for car services for over 3 years. Always satisfied with my service! Very trustworthy, quality mechanic!

I feel the repair was done well on the brakes, haven't had a problem. My biggest complaint is I made an appointment I believe monday for a 8am appointment on Thursday. I arrived on time. When I went to the shop to check on my car around 3:00pm they had not taken it in. They told me they were busy and other cats had came in. I feel my tile slot should have been honored and they should have taken my car in as scheduled. They did not start my car until the following day, and never notified me of this, if I didn't go down to the shop I would not have found out.

found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!

I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. When my car is in need of service again I'll certainly be back!

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. If you have an aging foreign car, these guys are the ones to go to. I am tired of paying dealership prices for my BMW and found reasonable prices at Unique Auto Care. Something was wrong with my parking brake, it was stuck and worn. The BMW dealership wanted 800, Unique did it for 550. A huge savings. Talk with Mike, the owner, he is a good guy, who tells you the truth about what you need and what you can wait on.
