I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We took our car to Elsio because it would not start and we had a check engine light on. After holding our car for a couple of days to repair it. During the repair he decided to drive around with the car, and the car stalled. He never asked for our authorization to drive around with the car and even charged us for the tow. We complained and he decided to charge us half of the towing fee. He told us he had fixed the problem, but after driving with the car for a day the check engine light came on again, and soon after the car wouldn't start. We took the car to him again, and again he held the car at his shop for a few days in order to figure out what was wrong. When we went to pick it up, the car wouldn't start. We then had to leave the car with him for another couple of days. He said that he would fix the car without charging us because we complained. He then proceeded to change a part in the car and then charged us for this part even though he said he would do it for free. Don't bring your car here. They are the slimiest people and Elsio will rob you of your money.

These guys have always done right by us. They are very friendly and efficient. They also offer an awesome rewards program that allows you to build up for points for coupons. The coupons are automatically sent to you when you've saved up enough points, which are also tracked automatically.
