I PICKED MY SUV UP AND THERE WAS BIRD POO ON IT, DIRT ON THE ROCKER, THE RIMS WERE FILTHY, DUST ON THE BACK SEATS. I'M PRETTY SURE THEY SCRATCHED THE EXTERIOR. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WAXED IT AS ADVERTISED, NO WAY THEY CONDITIONED THE LEATHER OR ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE. AS I WAS DRIVING BACK TO WORK I NOTICED THE WINDSHIELD WASN'T PROPERLY WASHED. THEY CHANGED MY RADIO STATIONS, MOVED MY SEAT, WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS DONE WITH MY TRUCK WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY DETAILING IT. MY EXPECTATION WAS TO PICK UP A SHINY SPARKLING TRUCK, NOT SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN RUN THROUGH HAFFNERS AND A QUICK VACUUM. WHAT A RIP-OFF. GROUPON REFUNDED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I brought my 3 year old SUV in for an interior detail. To the eye it looked good. However, once I got home I realized my seats were still wet. I left the windows open in hopes that the dap mess would go away. I got in the car 2 days later and the smell was disgusting! I realized at that time that the mats and rugs in the car were still soaking wet. I called extreme clean and they took the car back and cleaned it again. When I got the car back I was instructed that I must leave the heat on high worth the windows open. As ridiculous as that seemed to me I did it. I didn't realize I would get my car back wet after a detail. After following their instructions about the heat, which I left on for 3 hours the car still smelled a couple of days later. At this point I was extremely upset and I called them again. This time the owner got on the phone. Told me there was nothing else he could do. He refused to reimburse any of my money so that I could have this problem that Extreme Clean caused to be fixed. He states that he did not care about my business and hung up on me. BEWARE OF EXTREME CLEAN!!! This is the worst experience I have ever has with any company in the area. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
