Been using the shop since 2009 for anything from oil change to radiator and exhaust replacement. Very fast and professional service. Even without appointment Steve was always able to squeeze me in and get my truck back on the road fast.

I've known and used John as my mechanic for years. I've always known him to be honest and very thorough with his work. He has finally bought his own garage. His team over at Import Domestic is top notch. I've recommended him to all my friends. Thanks for the great service John.

I was told about this place from a coworker who raved at his honesty and technical knowledge. Also our vehicle maintainece guy also said he was good. I dropped my truck off to have a boched job that another place did, he had me straightened out in short order and the bill was reasonable. Definitley use them again!

Tony and staff was not only friendly and extremely professional but great and fast service. I'm a single mom with 3 young kids. In the past when I had car problems it was always scary because they saw me coming and marked prices up and cost me money I didn't have. Recently my car was making screeching noises and my friend told me about a place they found called Lowell Automatic Transmission in Lowell. I was petrified to go because I don't have any extra money, but when I pulled in a nice worker showed me where to park and brought me in to the service area. When I explained the noises, they took my car in, without having an appointment. They had a cute waiting room with coffee, water, snacks, tv, wifi, like a dealer has. In just a little while Paul the service manager came to get me. He explained the car had decayed belts that needed replacement. When I asked how much it would cost, he told me No Charge! I was waiting for the 'catch', but there was no catch! This place is different! Not only did they change the belts, Paul told me they checked the fluids and topped them off at no charge too! They treated me like family, just like my friend said they would. Paul is awesome! I'm telling all my friends to go to this place. They didn't take advantage of me. In the future when my car acts up, I'm going there because I know they're fair and treat people with respect.

I needed new tires yesterday and Ron was able to get me the best price around by far. Great service and fast turnaround. Car rides great again!

My MB needed a tuning belt replacement and I emailed Dave and setup an appointment. Upon arrival I was given an estimate of the time. I left for work and in exact time I got a message that my car's tuning belt was replaced. Dave, bob and their team deserve all the credit for their professional and friendly service.

Randy's is hands-down the best auto shop I've had the pleasure to work with in twenty-five years of car-ownership. You can probably find some of their services cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find their reliability or their customer-care.

A mechanic you can trust that charges a fair price. Charlie Lewis is a wonderful mechanic that knows what he is doing. He took our car quickly and had the job done right without a hassle.
