The front desk receptionist is very unwelcoming! Shawn was great. I would like to know why I was charged extra after getting alignment. The reason giving was “we have to pay bills and keep the lights on”. I was also given two different quotes when inquiring about rear camber arm change.

I couldnt be happier with the work that 290 did on my car. You can bring your vehicle to 290 and know that your not going to get ripped off. No matter how big or small the job is they get it done right.When I got my suv back from 290 I was so surprised they had cleaned my car at no cost to me!!!!! The owner is so nice, he explains everything that he needs to do to your vehicle in detail before he does it. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. In the future I need any work done on my car I will bring it to 290 AUTOBODY without hesitation!!!!!!!

Full auto & tuck diagnostics and repair.

Just had some rot work fixed on my 2001 Ford F150. I had been given a better (complete) quote from Maaco in West Springfield but elected to pay more for less at a local body shop, Entwistles. When they did their "free" safety check, they discovered another $800 dollars of mechanical work that should be done. My mistake again was to have them do it. After $4500, I don't have much to show, but empty pockets. My advice, don't be charmed by the owner, walk out and get a second opinion. Forgot to mention, they didn't even clean up the body work dust in the interior, or was the dirt off the exterior of the truck. Don't think I'll go back there again. My expensive mistake.

He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. Magno auto repair was the WORST place I could EVER have taken my car to. They told me I had so many different things wrong with my vehicle, i had to get a new water pump, 4 sensors, timing belt, etc, in order to get my cadillac cts running in perfect condition. Well, not even a month later my car broke down and now its at a shop where the mechanic has informed me that the service done on my car by Magno's was the cause of my engine almost blowing. Magno's people left wires disconnected, sensors that were switched, they were all in wrong places, they put my engine back together but left screws out and that caused oil to leak all over the engine and brand new parts I had just spent 600$ on. There was also oil leaking from behind the pulleys, which were aparently too small. All that amongs other things, he destroyed my vehicle. After paying so much for a job, I really expected him to do it right, but I am very dissapointed and angry with this experience. My car is currently at another shop, where my vehicle's engine was put completely apart and numerous parts are being changed due to damage caused by him. And Magno will not do anything about it. Also, the receipt he gave my only says "work done for x amount of money" so there isn't much I could do legally. The most dishonest and iresponsible bussiness I've ever came across!
