I currently own a Chevrolet Malibu and upon returning from a trip my power steering suddenly let go. I contact the Chevrolet dealership and various other mechanics to get estimates on the cost to repair it. When I contacted Tom’s Auto I was greeted with great customer service and given a great estimate. I gave the Sales/Service Manager (Charlie) the information for the parts and within 24 hours he contacted me to let me know the part had come in. Their attention to detail goes way beyond meticulous. If you are particular about your car, have no fear, it’ll be in very good hands. They did a great job in a timely manner and I have never had a problem since. All the staff I came in contact with were extremely courteous and accommodating. Many thanks to Tom’s Auto. You have made me a customer for life and I will be referring you to anyone I can. I drive by this place every day and decided to stop by for a quote on ... read more I drive by this place every day and decided to stop by for a quote on some rust repair. Price was reasonable ( $850.00 to fix both quarter panels and bottom of one door ) I was told 2 to 3 business days. I also had them check my breaks and ended up having them replace my front pads and rotors. Car was still done in 3 days as promised ( which never happens with car places ) There were no "surprises" on the final bill and the body work and paint looks great. Will be going back should the need arise. Andy
