Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I never felt like I was being taken advantage and they stayed within their quote even though labor was 5+ hours more than the estimate . If you need work done just call them!! Any work Auto repair too!

Excellent shop. Fixed a used car that was completely dead for a reasonable price. I found them from the AAA. Like all good shops it may take a few days for the repair to get done. Since they are busy. Did some work on my foreign. Charles R. Medford, MA

Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.

Been using the shop since 2009 for anything from oil change to radiator and exhaust replacement. Very fast and professional service. Even without appointment Steve was always able to squeeze me in and get my truck back on the road fast.

These men are the greatest & are so honest it's really a blessing to find people of this caliber in this day & age. They not only care about the work they do but they truly care about the customer also. The engine is perfect & the car is running great. I also went in about 3 months ago because my car was vibrating so much that I couldn't go over 50 on the highway. Of course I'm thinking the worst & big money but they once again were honest & told me all I needed was a pair of new tires. What a relief, they could of told me anything & taken advantage of the situation, but no honest as always. Keith the owner & his mechanic are always on site, even if you just need advice stop in & you will always be greeted with a smile. I just can't say enough about these guys, but the only way to find out for yourself is to stop in. Believe me you won't be disappointed. Thank you for putting my engine in, it's running perfect. Professional and fair prices

I went to Young's Garage in Worcester, MA on 8/6/15, for my first time. I spoke to Jim about having my car looked at for a starting problem. I was told there was a $45 charge to diagnose the problem. When he got back to me later that day he told me it was the alternator and it would be $375 total. I asked him why it was so expensive and he told me it was because the part was hard to get to. He said it was a big job so therefore most of the charge would be for labor. He told me if I dropped my car off the next morning it would be done later that day. I dropped the car off at 8am and Jim told me he would call me when the car was done. I waited until 3:00 to call and check on the progress. Jim told me it wasn't ready and it would be done for 5:00. I went to pick up the car and he handed me a bill for $330 after I already paid the initial $45 charge. The next day I called to question about the $45 charge, because the part and labor were through his shop. All the garages I have gone to take the initial diagnostics charge off if you buy the part and have the labor done at their shop. I wanted to let him know I was dissatisfied with the price all together and the amount of time it took between both days. Because of this experience, which was my first here, I will never go to this garage again.

Just purchased a used car on 5/6/19 from Bob Celati dealer/owner/mechanic of Central Automotive.Under the terms of Bob's Purchase Agreement the vehicle is covered by "30 day Express Warranty" provided by dealer and "Implied Warranty of Merchantability and fitness" provided by the state to protect buyers of used vehicles from defects that impair the safety and use of a vehicle.During the warranty period I was having a problem with my power steering a problem that would be considered a defect that impairs the safety of a vehicle. Under The Massachusetts used car Warranty Law that was displayed in the vehicle at the time of purchase the dealer is required by law to fix the problem or issue a refund. Bob acknowledged that there was a problem with the steering. He tried to diagnos and fix the problem but was unable to.So he offered a refund/ buy-back I accepted. Bob said he would only honor the buy-back under one condition that I agreed to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" I have since tried to contact Bob in an attempt to resolve problem.He refuses to respond. I've tried by phone and mail. Now my only recourse is to contact the Attorney Generals Office Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation under The used car Warranty Law a consumer can request a state certified arbitrator to decide the case.

Rick over there at JnS is the MAN! I purchased my car from carmax and when I called to get warranty work done they referred me to J N S(glad they did). Brought my car down there with a ton of issues. Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car. Thank you Rick. P.s if you have carmax extended warranty just skip the middle man and call rick they'll charge the same deductible, give you a better warranty that carmax does on their work 3year/36k! Jose C.
