Consistently screws customers and credit card companies by not touching cars that are brought back to him for his screwing up the repair the first time, hoping to not restart the clock on the claim. He has mastered the art of escaping liability for his malfeasance because he has faced every type of claim throughout the history of this business which should tell you all you need to know. The only way he stays in business is through police and organized crime connection in the sh*t bag state of rhode island.
