Jaime has experience in all aspects of auto repair spanning over 30 years in the industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician and ASE L1 certified. He specializes in electrical repair, diagnostics and fabrication. Residents of Melrose, Jaime and his wife have five children. In his spare time, Jaime enjoys teaching martial arts and educating women in self defense. Manny studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts, and has over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician, and specializes in electrical repair and diagnostics. When he's not working, Manny enjoys playing tennis, camping and water skiing. PDM is great. They never try to sell me anything, they just tell me what's wrong, and fix it fast, and they always stay around the estimate. The staff is friendly and the costs are low. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here.

I would not come to this shop again. It seemed to me at first like this was an honest shop. The reason I agreed to service my vehicle there was because they gave me a reasonable quote on installation of struts. A mechanic who worked on my vehicle did a bunch of work. I paid for all the services, but they did not change the brake fluid in my vehicle. I learned 2 months later about it when I went for oil change to a different mechanic. He showed me the test strip that the brake fluid was not changed. Also the type of oil they put in your vehicle is unknown. But they take a big advantage of a customer since for the full synthetic oil change they charge the double price. I would not recommend this shop!

Great shop. Shop owner is great guy and prices are a lot better than the MB Dealers!! I would call well in advance before your service is due because they are always busy. They even offer to pick up and drop off your car or drive you to work on the day of your service. They also give a good hand wash and vacuum of the inside before they return your car. I would highly recommend these guys!

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!

It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. The next day they gave us their assessment ... and it would cost over $4000.00 just to get it running so they could figure out what else might be wrong. On a previous trip were introduced to Custom Car Care, by our son who lives in New Hampshire, and had received excellent care. We decided to have the truck towed there. I cannot say enough to fully convey the scope of professional, knowledgeable and excellent care we received. While the problem was NOT what Ford said Custom Car Care would have done that repair for half the cost we'd been quoted. They worked tirelessly to find the unusual and tricky problem, even late into the night to get us back on the road! We are so grateful for Joe and his team, would highly recommend CCC to anyone in need and have nothing but positive reviews about every aspect of our experience.

I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. I spotted the Alpha-Omega sign on my way home where I usually had traveled this path many times back and forth without even noticing it. A smiley faced fellow looked on the smashed roof of my truck and in 4 minutes gave me a precise estimation, making a telephone call to the supplier asking for availability of the part, its price and delivery time. The total was well below the estimation of my insurance. I asked Hovie (that was the smiling fellow’s name) if it was possible to wrap up the work in four days. He said that he would do his best. Everything was done on the third day. My truck was stamped with a smile and we (my truck and I) both left smiling. Later I figured out that Hovie worked until very late at night in order to finish the work on time. On the first evening after I gave Hovie “the go ahead”, I decided to check out the references and reviews that customers wrote. There were none! Moreover the telephone number was different than the one on Hovie's business card. “Y-y-yah”, I said to myself, “what a wonderful world… again”. To make a long story short, Hovie along with his partner recently purchased this business and they are doing very well. The parking lot is filled with exotic cars like a 1965 Mercedes Benz, other Mercedes models with carburetors before the era of fuel injection and distributors before the era of electronic ignition. And all these beauties were shining and… smiling. They also do mechanical work. Ladies and Gentlemen, the all would be happy clients of Alpha-Omega, I will be back not necessarily as a customer if the problem arises again, but simply as a friendly visitor.
