Randy's is hands-down the best auto shop I've had the pleasure to work with in twenty-five years of car-ownership. You can probably find some of their services cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find their reliability or their customer-care.

I love this place! My husband and I bring our Toyotas here for all services. They are fair, fast and kind. I love that they are a family owned business and treat their customers the same. We will be back! -Dawn

For over 20 years, I have had all of my vehicles maintained and repaired by B&D, (plus extras like remote starters and sound equipment installed). The prices for parts and labor are transparent and reasonable, quotes for work are on target, my car functions beautifully, and I have consistently felt extremely well treated by everyone in this shop. I refer anyone I care about to B&D Automotive as a trustworthy, skilled resource.

These folks are probably the most caring and honest mechanics around. Unlike some of the national chain mechanics who try to up-sell you on everything, these guys are honest and do perfect work the first time. I promise you will be impressed with the quality of the people and the work. Mechanics like this are impossible to find today! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The tech's found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liner's. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. Gerardo's offers a great alternative to the dealerships and provides service above and beyond them.

I was told about this place from a coworker who raved at his honesty and technical knowledge. Also our vehicle maintainece guy also said he was good. I dropped my truck off to have a boched job that another place did, he had me straightened out in short order and the bill was reasonable. Definitley use them again!

Went in to get a headlight fixed for a ticket and made an appointment for the following morning. We decided to drop the car off and uber back after dinner and while finishing up we received a call from Bill who told us he already took care of the light and we were able to drive home only an hour after dropping it off. t is with pleasure that I write this review on behalf of my myself and husband. We have been using Factory Auto Service for a few years now and have no complaints. We are pleased with the service that we receive. We have an Acura and Civic and this company have done a great job with the repairs and maintenance. Some issues that we've had in the past weren't sufficiently assessed and repaired properly by other service providers. However, now that this company is our premier auto mechanic provider, those issues are now of the past. The owner is very polished and knowledgeable about automobiles. He takes the time to educate his clients which we appreciate very much. When our car is being serviced by the company, we are confident that they will be able to address the issue with precision and ensure that safety is a priority! They always successfully diagnose and complete the repairs and within a reasonable timeframe. We are always pleased with their services, which prompts us to be return customers. Interaction with them is easy as we are presented with options which makes it convenient for us as consumers. The owner makes us feel included, making our interactions very productive since he ensures that we have the final say in the decision. At the end of each service visit, the owner takes the time to orally provide a concrete report about all that took place and possibly any additional findings outside of the original scope of work that may require future attention. However, if while working on the vehicles, and they come across something that requires immediate attention and safety is a factor, the owner will personally contact us to review those findings with us. A notable strength of the company is their ability to be efficient and prompt! I am convinced that anyone who utilizes their service will be satisfied. -Melanie

I have gone back to Long Distance time and again because of their excellent customer service. They have helped me with three vehicles, a trailer and even my lawnmower. Highly recommend.

The owner has been servicing my car for about 15 years. Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400!
