It took over a week to get the car due to their lack of urgency! They took my trade in for my 02 Chrysler 300 and left me without a car for 11 days!!!! Everyday I would call and they would say it will be ready this afternoon. Finally I get the car, the mirror is still broken, I still don't have the center caps I was promised by the owner and staff, and the center console is still held shut with Velcro. It was written in my Bill of Sale that these items must be replaced, it has been five weeks and I have been getting the run around. After talking with a few people, this seems to be the common theme with these guys. They will not honor the Bill of Sale that I singed in June. They have done everything possible and made every excuse why they have not delivered what was promised in the Bill of Sale.
