Chevrolet service near Quincy, MA

I had a flat tire a week or so ago, called AAA to have it towed to Tosti's. Chris called me after he had a chance to look at it. It needed to be replaced and the other tires showed dry rot. It was decided that 3 needed to be replaced including the flat. I was quoted an estimate. It was Thursday afternoon, but was told they would try to finish it by the end of the next day (Friday). And they did. I've been a customer there for a few years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And the cost was less than the estimate.

Since Fords are notorious for their spark plugs breaking when trying to remove them in the 4.6L and 5.4L engines, I brought my 2006 Explorer V8 over to GTA. If you want reliable and honest mechanics to make sure your car stays in good condition then this is the place to come. The owner has been servicing my car for about 15 years. Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400! Went in to get a headlight fixed for a ticket and made an appointment for the following morning. We decided to drop the car off and uber back after dinner and while finishing up we received a call from Bill who told us he already took care of the light and we were able to drive home only an hour after dropping it off. Very friendly staff and very appreciative of the quick service that was provided...... Thank you guys!!!!!!!!
