My husband brought a van there to get repainted over 3 weeks ago and we were told the job would take about 4 weeks. Over the 3 weeks not much was getting done so my husband offered to help them at night, which I thought was crazy since we are paying them. He helped out two nights and then he thought that they were actually going to really start working on it so he stopped going. Yesterday he went by to see how it was going and the owner (the son) freaked out on him, insulted him personally and called the van a "rust bucket". My husband was questioning why not much had been done yet. He told him to get the van out because he didn't want the job any more after having it for 3 weeks so my husband had no choice and wanted to avoid a fight since the guy seemed unstable. He took it to two other autobody places today and they all said that Best Autobody ruined the van and it would cost almost $10000 to fix it properly so that it doesn't rust through the new paint job!!!!! Barry Roth and his team provided great service for my '98 M3 Cabrio for years. It was a perfect car, and they helped me keep it that way. Even though I have moved out of state, I plan to make the trip to Medway to have Barry's team service the Carrera and would recommend them without hesitation.

The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.
