THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I PICKED MY SUV UP AND THERE WAS BIRD POO ON IT, DIRT ON THE ROCKER, THE RIMS WERE FILTHY, DUST ON THE BACK SEATS. I'M PRETTY SURE THEY SCRATCHED THE EXTERIOR. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WAXED IT AS ADVERTISED, NO WAY THEY CONDITIONED THE LEATHER OR ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE. AS I WAS DRIVING BACK TO WORK I NOTICED THE WINDSHIELD WASN'T PROPERLY WASHED. THEY CHANGED MY RADIO STATIONS, MOVED MY SEAT, WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS DONE WITH MY TRUCK WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY DETAILING IT. MY EXPECTATION WAS TO PICK UP A SHINY SPARKLING TRUCK, NOT SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN RUN THROUGH HAFFNERS AND A QUICK VACUUM. WHAT A RIP-OFF. GROUPON REFUNDED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Last year I brought my car in that would not pass inspection. Other dealers offered me just the parts at rates that were very high. But Peru Tire fixed all of the problems and replaced my bald tires AND did an alignment for a decent price, and I have had no problems since! My check engine light has not turned on since, and car is still running smoothly. And the owner and mechanic are a pleasure to speak to and deal with. A+ service, and i'll be staying her for all my wheel/suspension work. I ordered a set of winter tires from Tire Rack and Fahey came highly recommended on their site as well as here. I hit the shop with my winter rims to get them installed today and they found two cracks in two rims. I had been having trouble with one last year but thought it was the old tire. Fahey is sending the rims out and expects to get me back in next week. No charge for the hour of their time it took to help me out.

It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. The next day they gave us their assessment ... and it would cost over $4000.00 just to get it running so they could figure out what else might be wrong. On a previous trip were introduced to Custom Car Care, by our son who lives in New Hampshire, and had received excellent care. We decided to have the truck towed there. I cannot say enough to fully convey the scope of professional, knowledgeable and excellent care we received. While the problem was NOT what Ford said Custom Car Care would have done that repair for half the cost we'd been quoted. They worked tirelessly to find the unusual and tricky problem, even late into the night to get us back on the road! We are so grateful for Joe and his team, would highly recommend CCC to anyone in need and have nothing but positive reviews about every aspect of our experience.

Something was wrong with my parking brake, it was stuck and worn. The BMW dealership wanted 800, Unique did it for 550. A huge savings. Since I moved to Wilmington last year, I have been been dreading finding a new mechanic. It took me a year, but I think found exactly what I am looking for. I discovered M&S on Angie's list where it was highly rated. After talking to Mark for a couple of minutes I was immediately at ease, and felt like my car was in really good hands. I needed my AC fixed. Mark explained to me how they diagnose, find, and fix problems with the AC. Mark really impressed me with his knowledge of the AC in my car's make and model. He called me after diagnosing the problem and gave me an estimate before performing any work. He made recommendations on parts, and gave me my choice. Just purchased a used car on 5/6/19 from Bob Celati dealer/owner/mechanic of Central Automotive.Under the terms of Bob's Purchase Agreement the vehicle is covered by "30 day Express Warranty" provided by dealer and "Implied Warranty of Merchantability and fitness" provided by the state to protect buyers of used vehicles from defects that impair the safety and use of a vehicle.During the warranty period I was having a problem with my power steering a problem that would be considered a defect that impairs the safety of a vehicle. Under The Massachusetts used car Warranty Law that was displayed in the vehicle at the time of purchase the dealer is required by law to fix the problem or issue a refund. Bob acknowledged that there was a problem with the steering. He tried to diagnos and fix the problem but was unable to.So he offered a refund/ buy-back I accepted. Bob said he would only honor the buy-back under one condition that I agreed to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" I have since tried to contact Bob in an attempt to resolve problem.He refuses to respond. I've tried by phone and mail. Now my only recourse is to contact the Attorney Generals Office Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation under The used car Warranty Law a consumer can request a state certified arbitrator to decide the case.
