I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The tech's found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liner's. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. Gerardo's offers a great alternative to the dealerships and provides service above and beyond them.
