Since Fords are notorious for their spark plugs breaking when trying to remove them in the 4.6L and 5.4L engines, I brought my 2006 Explorer V8 over to GTA. I feel the repair was done well on the brakes, haven't had a problem. My biggest complaint is I made an appointment I believe monday for a 8am appointment on Thursday. I arrived on time. When I went to the shop to check on my car around 3:00pm they had not taken it in. They told me they were busy and other cats had came in. I feel my tile slot should have been honored and they should have taken my car in as scheduled. They did not start my car until the following day, and never notified me of this, if I didn't go down to the shop I would not have found out.

Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have a 1967 NADA 109 Land Rover. I brought it into J. Whites Automotive to have general service done along with a brake job. They did an outstanding job on my Land Rover,. The service was so top notch that I got to tell you about it. In the past few years she has been showing her age in the way she been running. I use to have her picked up once a year on a flat bed and she was trucked up to VT for maintenance. I was going to put her up for sale after 20 plus years. Here is what happened: J Whites went through entire vehicle. The 109 now runs like it did in 1967! It never skips a beat; the steering is awesome with no play in the wheel. You can take your hand off the wheel and it now stops on a dime straight even time. J. White has got this rover running so good that I am keeping it and when I take it out I leave my AAA card at home. I highly recommend J Whites Automotive.
