I didn't have rental car insurance on my policy, but Mike at Masison's Collision Experts arranged for a rental and had the rental car bill sent to the other person's insurance company that hit my car. Who knew you could do that? It didn't cost me a dime. My insurance company even pro-rated my damaged muffler and Mike didn't even charge me the difference. I'm so glad a finally found a place that doesn't soak you every chance they get and they did a great job too!
