James and staff are top notch. This is the first time I have taken my car to anyone except the dealer and I was pleased to see that their service far surpassed (any) dealer I have gone to. They are into details: from little things like leaving a small (branded) hand sanitizer bottle in the car to the car being washed and the engine being steam cleaned. The icing on the cake was the fact that they came in under the initial estimate and James, the owner walked me through what was done. Lastly, I received a call the following morning from his courteous staff asking if everything was all right and was the car was performing as expected. I will absolutely go back and refer my friends and family to Precision Auto. By the way, I hardly ever do reviews but I felt compelled as the service was exceptional. Thanks James and Staff!

I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. I was told by two other garages that I needed a new engine for my 2007 Honda Fit. I brought it to Northampton Transmission because they gave me a quote for engine replacement that was $1000 less than everywhere else, and they were honest about what could potentially happen to push the price up as they were working. But, a few hours after I brought my car to them, they called me back and said they had fixed the problem and I didn't need a new engine. They had tested the car to make sure the fix had held, and they explained that even if it didn't hold, I didn't need a new engine. They took the time to show me the parts they had replaced and explain how they had fixed it. Honest, helpful, fast.

Crooked business. Had an exhaust dump valve welded in. I don't know how they did the job, but they decided that welding about 3/4 of the circumference of the pipes together was "sufficient enough"--clearly laziness because the pipe was hard to reach. I wondered why my exhaust sounded so terrible. Also, they didn't even do the install as I asked--they placed the valve in the wrong spot. Overpriced. Do not go here. I have photos of proof.
