A+ service, and i'll be staying her for all my wheel/suspension work. I ordered a set of winter tires from Tire Rack and Fahey came highly recommended on their site as well as here. I hit the shop with my winter rims to get them installed today and they found two cracks in two rims. I had been having trouble with one last year but thought it was the old tire. Fahey is sending the rims out and expects to get me back in next week. No charge for the hour of their time it took to help me out.

Fantastic people who will do anything they can to help you out. I recommend them to anyone I hear complaining about their car or mechanic.

I have been servicing my vehicles at Manny's for over 20 years. He is the best mechanic by far. His diagnostic skill are always right on. The newly remodeled shop is really cool with a modern waiting area. You will not be disappointed when you service your vehicle here. I took my car here for an oil change yesterday and the service was great! When we were driving back home a little whole later our "check gages" light came on and our oil pressure gage was down completely. We called the store back and the owner came to my house and checked the car which was fine (just a wire). Such great service is rare in a mechanic shop and was such a great surprise!

They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.

I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. When my car is in need of service again I'll certainly be back!
