Don't go to these guys unless like me you live in the neighborhood and have more important things to do than worry about paying twice the reasonable price for a set of blades. I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. When my car is in need of service again I'll certainly be back!

Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I moved out of state and am sad that I couldn't bring Lenny with me. He is the nicest and most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. The first time I brought my car in I thought I had an electrical problem. Both of my headlights went out at the same time and a spare bulb I had didn't work. I took it in to Lenny and after about 15 minutes he came back and told me that my bulbs blew. Apparently, my spare bulb was also bad. He only charged me the price of a pair of new bulbs. No labor costs! Seriously cheap and he didn't seem pissed that I was a numb-sack for bringing my car in for blown bulbs. The second time I brought my car in I had some starting problems. Lenny found the problem right away and quickly changed out the parts for much less than what I would have paid elsewhere. (I have a mechanic friend in Hawaii that I called and even he said that the repair was cheap!) When I went to pick up the car, Lenny handed me my GPS that I left on the dashboard. He took the time to take out the GPS because he didn't want someone to break into my car to steal it. What a guy! It's been about 10,000 miles since I've had the repairs and I haven't had any problems. I drove my car from Boston to Phoenix and I haven't heard any of the clunking sound that Lenny fixed on my third visit to the Civic Center.
