My mom used Days, and being in her mid 70's the fact that she felt like she was treated right was pretty darn important to me. When it came to my own vehicle needing service that I didn't have time to do myself, I first took it to the dealer and about choked at their quote. I went to Days and got quoted about 2/3rds the cost of the dealer. Then time for the repairs came and I got a call from Days, they inspected one item quoted for repair and suggested I do not replace it yet as the part itself was still fine (torn boot). I ended up paying less than their original quote. I would recommend the business manager change her text. While accurate, it's not the best face to put forward when you rely on customers.

I was driving from Washington DC to Long Island NY on 10/20/2012 when I had a tire problem (slow deflation) on I-95. I made it to the Joppa exit ramp and put air in the tire at a quick mart/gas station. Not wanting to press on to a travel plaza for a tire repair I went to the nearby Day’s Joppa Auto Repair. They were able to help me immediately. When they pulled the bad front tire we found an unusual wear pattern that had worn one side down to the inner cord. Continued driving could have caused the tire to go flat again and possibly come apart. The other front tire was in a similar but less severe condition. I purchased a new set of front tires and an alignment to help with the wear pattern. They were able to get me back on the road in about an hour. As it was more than a simple flat tire, stopping there allowed me to get the problem fixed and continue my road trip. I found that Lissa, the general manager, and mechanics to be courteous, helpful and businesslike. The pricing and the services provided were right on the mark. I was pleased with the outcome and would use them again if I lived in the area.

Just discovered Foltz and wish I had earlier! I took my car in for brakes and a grinding noise that sounded expensive. Turned out the noise was related to the front brakes so there was no extra work that needed to be done. Foltz was cheaper than Jones where I got my car. My husband went there 2 days later and had his tires rotated, also cheaper than Jones. I will drop my car next time instead of waiting- it took almost 3 hours to get the new front brakes done.

Call ahead if you can. Shamrock has worked on 3 different vehicles for me. most recently repalced wheel bearings on my explorer. rapid service, reasonable price, actually was about $75.00 LESS than i was quoted and expected. the difference in the handling of my vehicle was amazing and noticed within seconds of pulling. the owner (?) is knowledgable and willing to explain what is going on with your vehicle. He has my business and I'd suggest him to anyone I know

Great Bunch of Guys !!! They checked my air conditioning for .. FREE .. and added .. FREON. It worked immediately. NO CHARGE .. for the service or FREON !!! Not only are they a .. Full Service Shop .. but .. they do .. Transmission work .. also. I finally found a .. Trustworthy Service Center .. that I can tell my .. Family and Friends about !!! Thanks .. i was referred to this establishment by a close friend of mines and boy it was the worst experience ever. i came here to get a in dash unit installed into my husbands truck for his birthday. everything was good at least i thought about a month later the unit started flickering, the screen would get stuck, dvd's would get stuck. so i went back to ritchie road to get a replacemnt unit or have it checked out. i was shocked he was gone it was a guy out there i asked where is frank he said he up and left and went to baltimore. i called him at the number i was giving on my invoice he answered and told me yeah he moved and i was telling him the issues i was having but he didnt give me a address where i can bring the unit to get checked out which was odd to me. he just told me to call back i called back everyday for a week it just went straight to voicemail. so i decided to google his business and came across this site. my husband will be paying him a visit. i paid alot of money and i dont like to be ran from
