I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! Dmitry and Michael are the people I normally deal with on regular basis. When another mechanic told me I needed a lot of work done on my car, they told me that I only needed new tires (and I do, that's true). I have been going to them for over 10 years, and I have also recommended their services to my friends. When my friend's car broke down, one shop quoted her to change the waterpump and timing belt over $1000, and Dmitry fixed it for a lot less.

I have taken several BMWs to Dan over the past 10 years. He is the most honest engineer you will ever find. His prices are reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. Don't bother going to the dealership unless you need a rental car and a cappuccino.

Wife and I have been customers for many years in one way or another and no complaints at all. Work performed over the years include oil changes, brake pads, brake shoes, rotors, ignition coil replacement, valve cover gasket replacement, radiator replacement, serpentine belt replacement...and no complaints!
