Hollenshades automotive is the best! I recently went in for a oil change. My car was serviced right on schedule. I used the free wifi they offer and conducted my business at the same time! It's nice to know I can depend on them. My time is important. Thanks!!

The said review on our shop was very dishonest. The unfortunate situation was this had been set up on a relay call I think things got miss translated in the conversation. This customer brought their truck in on a tow truck his vehicle wouldn't move. Found the transfer case bone dry. When we removed the transfer case fill plug smoke came rolling out. This a part that shouldn't have smoke coming out of it. On top of that the entire transfer case had multiple fluid leaks. So we recommended letting us pull it out and have it sent out to be rebuilt. And do to the rarity of the vehicle the rebuild shop couldn't give us but an estimated price. I relayed this to the customer. He choose not to let us go any farther. We had already had an hour of diagnostic time in it. He told us to stop right there. As into his vehicle being held hostage is just an outrageous allegation. We just asked for the bill be paid before it got removed our lot. I am sorry you feel this way. But you have made some very serious accusations that couldn't be farther from the truth. We are a family owned and ran shop. We haven't been in business for over 30 years by being dishonest or ripping our customers off. It's just not what we do. Again sorry you feel this way.

Just discovered Foltz and wish I had earlier! I took my car in for brakes and a grinding noise that sounded expensive. Turned out the noise was related to the front brakes so there was no extra work that needed to be done. Foltz was cheaper than Jones where I got my car. My husband went there 2 days later and had his tires rotated, also cheaper than Jones. I will drop my car next time instead of waiting- it took almost 3 hours to get the new front brakes done.

AWFUL experience with this tint place. But from the looks of his comebacks to other reviews. He will have some EXCUSE. My husband Justin wanted to get his tint done for his Buick. The first time we scheduled an appt was a month ago for 2 PM. When we get there a bit early for our appt, we are informed they won't be ready for us until 2:30. (Okay that's fine, we can go to McDs and come back.) We get there before 2:30 and waiting a couple minutes AFTER 2:30. We decide to leave. He calls us and tells us he is done now when we are already going home so we decline their service. My husband decides to RESCHEDULE his appt for 9AM today. WHICH I hated cause of the previous experience but I go anyways. I get there before 9 and a man gets into a red car that I GLANCE says TAG and TITLE, points at THAT shop and asks me if I need help. I tell him no. Come to find out Tint Doctor sign says they don't open until 10..... I call the store #s cause I don't get how you can make an appt before the store hours!!!! after calling and LVM and finally reach the SAME man that drove away. He tells me he works for both stores by "himself." He has awful customer service. Tells me it is not that big of deal, claims his appt schedule must be out of wack, WAS NOT AWARE HE EVEN HAD AN APPT FOR 9, constantly over talks me, incapable of having a conversation, where there was no point in talking to him. So I left. So be aware when you have an appt with them!!

1.0 star rating 7/10/2019 I dropped my 1982 VW off at Hartloves in August 23,2017 to have John get the engine running (as it was not running for 7years)if he could and get it roadworthy. After many months he and crew got the car running and contacted me so I went to MVA got tags ,insurance in February 2019. When coming to pick up vehicle the mechanic said he had it on the road doing 80 mph and ran like a top but ran the gas tank empty and the new fuel injection system and filters had to be cleaned and repaired/replaced. i went to the facility and inquired as to why they didn't replace fuel tank,oil filter before road testing and was told by John that NOW the engine is smoking. I chalked up after $1,000 into this that lets just rebuild the engine at my expense,replace gas tank and sending unit April 15,2019.As of now July 10,2019 have tried to contact John to no avail. My wife and I went to his office July 10,2019 where his secretary could not contact him or give us any information as to parts ordered,where the engine is rebuilt,time frame,looking at vehicle engine is out no new gas tank installed at this time, car sitting outside same place. This place was impressive! Clean shop, free coffee, wood floors!! They only charged me $899.45 for the rear main seal on my 2003 Lexus Rx300. The dealer had quoted me $1750! The owner, Jeff told me that he had been working for Lexus for 13 years, he even took care of my idle problem when he did the seal. I mentioned it to him and he knew exactly what it was. Love this place!! will be back

Wonderful people to work with. I have had to use them on 3 different occasions. Had an accident over the Thanksgiving Holiday, and they worked on it. I will nevr take my care anywhere else! In addition to being easy to work with, they do a phenomenal job on everything they work on.
