I visited this location for the first time in the past month and Roger was the main individual that I worked with. His kind approach and warm care for both the car and my visit; and taking the time to explain what was going to be done and later what was done to the car was very much appreciated. I will most definitely take the car back for its needs and feel comfortable trusting it to his hands and his colleagues, whom he speaks so highly of.

I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing. Import now services my current Volvo. I trust Import completely - they are honest, ethical and are committed to providing quality service and having satisfied customers. The staff is always very friendly and courteous and the mechanics are experienced and knowledgeable. Import's prices are significantly less than the dealers and they have saved me a lot of dollars over the years.
