There are inconsistency between statements for availability and prices given on the website, on the phone, upon arrival, and after service for the same service. The repair were done right but kept haggling with prices (as if originally quoted prices were not effective) before the repair and tried to sell other services after I brought the price down for what was originally stated as a guanranteed price for the service. It was a lot of headache and time consuming.

The managers and mechanics at Bowie Shell are honest. They do not inflate prices and provide a thorough and honest assessment regarding the status of the car and fair pricing for any repairs needed. Carl and Ron are the greatest.

I have already told some friends and relatives about the outstanding work that I received. The mechanics were extremely professional and they kept me informed every step of the repairing process. I would normally take my car to Sheehy Ford for repairs but after this experience, my car has found a new home at AAMCO of Lanham. I thank everyone of them for the great job that was done to my car.
